Melis Mısırlıoğlu Günsür
Interior Architect & Founder
Melis Mısırlıoğlu Günsür is an interior architect and the founder of Outgrow Studio, an independent design practice working at the intersection of interior architecture, brand identity, and business strategy.
A graduate of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Melis brings over a decade of experience across hospitality, retail, workplace, residential, and commercial environments, with projects delivered for both local and international brands.
Her approach combines spatial design with strategic and business thinking to create purposeful, functional environments aligned with each brand’s identity and objectives.
Her business education at the University of British Columbia further strengthens this perspective, allowing her to consider not only how a space looks and functions, but how it contributes to customer experience and business value.
Her work has received international recognition, including an A’ Design Award, reflecting her commitment to thoughtful and impactful design.
